  30. 1.  This licensed product is protected under United States and International
  31.     laws. Criminal and Civil penalties may apply for improper use of this        
  32.     licensed product.

  34. 2.  You are granted the right to use this product for:
  35.  
  36.     a.  non-commercial purposes only on your personal computer;
  37.     b.  your own use only; others may not lease it or purchase it from you or
  38.         timeshare it with you.

  40. 3.  You are prohibited from:
  41.  
  42.     a.  copying this product on any medium, except that this "Test Drive"
  43.         version of BEST BET U.S.A. may be copied freely, provided that all
  44.         files contained within the original compressed "ZIP" file, along with
  45.         the file named PACKING.LST, are all copied and distributed together;
  46.         the list of all such files is contained in the file PACKING.LST;
  47.  
  48.     b.  reverse engineering the product or translating, disassembling or
  49.         otherwise replicating the functions provided herein by the product;
  50.  
  51.     c.  modifying the product, using separate works which modify the
  52.         product or using the product or any of its files in any manner
  53.         which modifies the product's executable or data files;

  55.     d.  removing notices from the product;

  57.     e.  selling, transferring, leasing the product to others, or leasing

  68.     anywhere any part of the product to any country that would violate U.S. 
  69.     laws, without the expressed written permission of LOTTO SOFTWARE.

  71. 6.  The product is licensed with the following limited warranty:

  73.         ANY LIABILITY OF LOTTO SOFTWARE, LTD. WITH RESPECT TO THE 
  74.         PRODUCT OR THE PERFORMANCE THEREOF UNDER ANY WARRANTY, 
  75.         NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHER THEORY WILL BE LIMITED 
  76.         EXCLUSIVELY TO PRODUCT REPLACEMENT WITHIN 30 DAYS OF 
  77.         PURCHASE WITH PROOF OF PURCHASE, OR, AT THE SOLE DISCRETION 
  78.         OF LOTTO SOFTWARE, LTD., REFUND OF THE LICENSE FEE.  ANY SUCH
